By accessing or browsing the PlayBox bento you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the bento.

§ 02 Eligibility

The Bento is offered to visitors who are able to form a binding agreement under the laws of their jurisdiction. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors who use the bento.

§ 03 Permitted Use

• Browse the bento and view curated tiles.
• Play tiles for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• Share bento links through the URL parameters we provide.

§ 04 Prohibited Behaviour

• Reverse engineering, scraping or bulk downloading bento content or game files outside the provided play flow.
• Attempting to circumvent ad slots, rate limits or other bento systems.
• Uploading malicious code, automated traffic or scripts that degrade the experience for other visitors.
• Using the bento to harass, defraud or impersonate any party.

§ 05 Intellectual Property

The bento design, marks and original copy are owned by the Bento or its licensors. Curated tiles are sourced from third party developers and remain the property of their respective owners; the Bento hosts them for personal play only.

§ 06 Third Party Games and Ads

Game files are delivered via our CDN or the original developer's domain. Advertisements displayed inside the bento are provided by independent ad networks; the Bento is not responsible for the content of those advertisements, which are governed by the network's own policies.

§ 07 Disclaimers

The Bento is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

§ 08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Bento shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the bento, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

§ 09 Changes

We may update these Terms as the bento evolves. The "Last updated" stamp will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the bento after a revision constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
